A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Parts Support Representative / Customer Service Rep, you play a key role in our heavy equipment company! You take calls from dealers, fill orders, and follow the sales process from start to finish. Additionally, you upsell products and parts when it makes sense to do so. You respond to dealer requests for price and availability and are quick to provide them with the information they need. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions.
Your responsibilities include researching parts catalogs for proper machinery parts and accessories by the model and serial number. You also update dealers on the status of any open orders or backorders. Maintaining our company standards is important to you. You
feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and
get great satisfaction out of providing exceptional customer service!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARTS SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with engines, mechanics, and repair services
- Experience researching and cataloging of parts
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. Experience with electronic parts inventory systems would be a plus. Are you customer service-oriented and sales savvy? Can you effectively prioritize and delegate multiple tasks? Are you interested in
