Role Summary
The Account Strategist serves as the primary strategic partner for clients at Get Found First. In this role, you will own client relationships, craft and manage digital marketing strategies, and ensure measurable business growth through paid search, SEO, and related channels. Strategists are expected to bring 2+ years of hands-on PPC management experience and the ability to translate marketing performance into actionable insights for clients.
This is a client-facing, strategy-driven position where success is measured by retention, growth, and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Google, Bing, Meta, and other platforms.
- Manage significant client ad budgets with accountability for ROAS, CPA, and growth metrics.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Perform keyword research and oversee SEO/PPC campaign alignment.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO, creative, video, dev) to deliver integrated strategies.
- Prepare and present monthly strategy reviews, performance reports, and growth roadmaps.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on PPC management (Google Ads required; Meta Ads strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage and grow multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and drive measurable results.
Preferred Skills
- Agency experience with multi-account management.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page strategy.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with paid search.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and tracking setup.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads and client communication.
