We’re looking for a corporate strategy leader with vision and drive to join our client's Corporate Development team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of shaping growth strategies through M&A, strategic partnerships, and capital markets initiatives. This is a chance to work closely with senior executives, guide high-level decision-making, and deliver data-driven insights that fuel long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full M&A lifecycle — from sourcing and due diligence to valuation and integration.
- Build and refine financial models that drive investment decisions and portfolio strategies.
- Partner with investors, sponsors, and credit committees to structure deals and optimize outcomes.
- Support capital markets efforts, including fundraising, investor relations, and compliance.
- Align corporate strategy with measurable goals, ensuring execution against KPIs and OKRs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Deliver polished board materials, investment memos, and executive presentations that influence key initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, or investment banking, ideally in real estate or tech.
- Strong track record in financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation.
- Technical fluency in Excel, SQL, R, VBA, DAX, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects forward.
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
