Overview
Seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and growing our Retail business relationships. This multi-brand Sales Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Retail Key Account Managers with daily tactical and operational execution related to our largest Retail customers. This individual will also work closely with a number of Unrivaled Teamwear cross-functional departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized and passionate about sales analysis, point of sale reporting, inventory management, developing direct working relationships with internal team members and key customer contacts to drive positive outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for weekly/monthly POS analysis, reporting/dashboards, communication & recommendations to sales, management, planning and customers.
- Work with sales, brand, and planning teams during seasonal planning process at the brand, league, style, color, size level.
- Real time inventory management, sales forecasting and collaboration with sales & planning by customer, brand, style, color, size.
- Regular communication & collaboration directly with customer planning teams.
- Help identify sales action plans based on trend, historical data, POS data, etc.
- Providing data-driven reporting as needed to help identify future sales opportunities, new initiatives, meeting preparation, etc.
- Assist sales, planning & production with coordination and management on the shelf, min/max, potential vendor managed inventory programs.
- Conduct research by evaluating competitors to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Identify market trends, pricing, product offerings, and customer feedback to provide insights and actionable recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) is preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years of sales support, sales analytics, customer service or related experience
- Understanding of sales terminology, retail math and reporting metrics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Shared Drives/Files, Adobe
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
