Rare Plant Fairy is a fast-growing, founder-led consumer brand based in Detroit. Profitable since day one, we’re known for quality, innovation, and community — and now we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to take our growth to the next level.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue across multiple platforms
- Manage campaigns and promotions on Shopify, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email/SMS marketing, and other sales channels
- Align sales and marketing with operations to ensure smooth product launches and a consistent customer experience
- Use data and KPIs to track performance and optimize results across all touchpoints
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in sales & marketing at a high-growth, entrepreneurial company
- Strong background in Shopify (e-commerce), TikTok & Meta (social commerce/ads), and email/SMS marketing
- A builder mindset and hands-on execution skills — able to create systems from scratch and scale them
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Detroit (not remote)
