The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will help drive enrollment growth, expand
Kidventure’s reach, and tell our story across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for
someone with initiative, organization, and creative energy. You will work closely with our
operations and sales teams, while serving as a key player in implementing Kidventure’s
marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital marketing and content creation but also curious
about—and comfortable using—emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance
productivity and creativity.
Responsibilities
●Manage content creation and editorial calendars across email, social media, and web
platforms.
●Write compelling copy that reflects Kidventure’s voice and mission.
●Coordinate with outside vendors and creative agencies to deliver marketing assets on
time and on brand.
●Support and track marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email), analyzing
performance and recommending adjustments.
●Maintain and update website content and landing pages; assist in SEO optimization.
●Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign insights, and audience
targeting.
●Ensure data accuracy across platforms, including tracking and reporting through
UTMs and analytics.
●Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials and campaigns that
support sales and operations.
●Innovate with breakthrough messaging and approaches to support every aspect of our
business.
●Create content calendars based on our content pillars for posts that build the uniqueness
of our brand
●Stay up to date on industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
●2–4 years of experience in marketing execution (agency or client-side).
●Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
●Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight
deadlines.
●Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and
social media.
●Take action with an understanding of strategy, business objectives and what we're trying
to achieve.
●Proficiency with common tools (Google Analytics, Canva, CMS, social media
management, project management platforms).
●Familiarity with CRM tools (NetSuite experience a plus).
●Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading vendor relationships.
●Creative thinker with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
●Strong working knowledge of AI platforms for marketing, content, or analytics.
●Experience with youth programs and community outreach is desirable.
