Kodiak Associates Inc. is currently seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Business Management Trainee role here in the Rochester area! Due to recent business expansion, our clients are seeking individuals who enjoy interpersonal interactions and working collaboratively. As a Business Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to acquire and refine skills essential for a successful career in business operations. During the paid training period, trainees will focus on developing marketing and sales strategies, client acquisition techniques, and leadership capabilities. Please note: This position requires in-person attendance in the greater Rochester area, and we are seeking candidates who are willing to commute. As an entry-level role within our company, we welcome those eager to gain experience in a professional work environment to submit their applications.

Responsibilities:

Attend regular client training meetings to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products.
Establish new customer accounts and ensure the maintenance of existing accounts.
Efficiently plan and execute goals in collaboration with management to meet team sales objectives.
Actively engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients to uphold brand reputation.
Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
Train and develop new representatives.
