- $350k OTE with uncapped upside and lump-sum cash incentives
- Base salary $120k–$150k plus $120k–$150k commission

What you’ll be doing
- Running the full sales cycle end to end - prospect, pitch, close
- Driving deals quickly (often in 1–2 calls) with support from world-class marketing
- Building your own pipeline while shaping how the team sells
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and top operators
- Owning results in a culture that celebrates pace, accountability, and big wins
