What you’ll be doing
- Outbound prospecting: researching, identifying, and engaging new customers
- Following up with inbound leads to turn interest into meetings
- Qualifying prospects before handing them to AEs
- Partnering with Account Executives to keep pipeline moving
- Logging every touchpoint with discipline in the CRM
- Mastering the product and the problems it solves
- Representing the brand with professionalism and energy
- Taking feedback onboard and sharpening your skills every week
Who you are
- A natural hunter who thrives on chasing opportunities
- 1–2 years in sales or prospecting (SaaS/fintech a plus)
- Fearless on the phone and persuasive in writing
- Competitive, driven, and resilient — whether from sports, high-pressure work, or another pursuit
- Coachable and eager to improve daily
- Excited by a fast-paced, in-person startup culture
- Motivated by smashing targets, not just meeting them
