Healthcare Realty is currently recruiting for an Operations Analyst, Asset Management in Nashville. This role will support decision-making through in-depth property level financial and key performance indicator (KPIs) analysis, market studies, and relevant industry trends. In addition, a variety of special projects may be assigned to assist senior management with timely reporting to its investors and the Company’s Board of Directors. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and maintain leasing and operational performance trend reports along with identifying operating efficiencies that will drive improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed analysis of operational performance, including trends in property-level occupancy and cash leasing spreads along with portfolio-level analysis of rent rolls, capital spending, leasing statistics and general financial performance.

· Develop and maintain financial & statistical models and data sets to support additional capital expenditures, performance tracking and strategic planning.

· Assist the Company’s FP&A group in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

· Support scenario analysis and business case development for new initiatives.

· Assist in the development and implementation of structured data sources and analytic tools.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, operations or data analytics.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros and data visualization); computer proficiency required.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Experience with any of the following software platforms is a plus;
