We're hiring a Sales Associate to support day-to-day operations in our equipment rental department. This role involves assisting customers who need heavy machinery for construction, landscaping, and other commercial projects. You'll help them understand rental options, place orders, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States. No previous experience in equipment rentals is necessary - training will be provided.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and online messaging tools
Answer questions about available equipment and rental terms
Record and update customer information and order details
Work with logistics to confirm delivery timelines and follow-ups
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized
Basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and other everyday software
