Home Transform LLC is a U.S.-based real estate company specializing in property acquisitions and sales. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Marketing Associate who can effectively market our properties and connect with potential buyers.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (5/2)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Night Shift, weekends as needed)
- Compensation: 1 month -> 0 fee -> $50/week
2 month -> $10K fee -> $125/week
3 month -> 0 fee -> $50/week
4 month -> $20K fee -> $250/week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online/offline marketing campaigns for listed properties.
- Generate qualified leads and connect with potential buyers.
- Manage property postings across multiple platforms (social media, real estate portals, email campaigns, etc.).
- Maintain and update marketing databases with property details and leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into closed deals.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Handle inquiries from prospective buyers promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in real estate marketing, lead generation, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with online marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, real estate listing sites).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours) and weekends when required.
