Content Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)
Premier Design Build Remodel – Scottsdale & Mesa, AZ
Are you a creative storyteller who thrives on capturing authentic moments? Premier Design Build Remodel, a leading name in luxury home remodeling, is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through engaging photography, video, and social content.
This is not a behind-the-desk role. We’re looking for someone who loves being out in the field, at job sites, with clients, and at events capturing the real stories behind our projects and turning them into compelling digital content. If you’re polished, professional, and confident with a camera in hand, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a high-end design/build firm.
What You’ll Do
- Capture photo and video content on job sites, in client homes, and at events to showcase Premier’s craftsmanship and client experiences
- Create and post authentic, engaging content across Google My Business, Houzz, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram
- Collaborate directly with clients, designers, and trades while upholding Premier’s polished, professional brand image
- Ensure brand voice and visual standards are consistent across all digital and printed platforms
- Manage vendor coordination for branded materials, apparel, and marketing collateral
- Take the lead in planning and promoting client events, open houses, and showroom showcases
- Partner with our outside marketing team, providing real-world content and proofing blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating social media content (photo, video, reels, stories) that drives engagement
- Polished and confident in client-facing settings; comfortable on job sites and at events
- Skilled with Canva (or similar tools), and fluent with platforms like GMB, Houzz, Pinterest, Facebook/Instagram
- Strong aesthetic sense, you know when content looks right and aligns with a luxury brand
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and initiative, not just following a marketing calendar
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Position Details
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- In-office + on-site (Mesa & Scottsdale), with occasional project/event travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
