We are seeking a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 / 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 with a consulting or banking background to join our strategy team. This role is designed for high-performing pre-MBA talent who want to leverage their problem-solving and diligence experience in a dynamic, professional services setting closely aligned with the 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to evaluate strategic priorities, support firmwide transformation initiatives, and generate insights that drive competitive advantage. The work requires 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, with a balance of strategic analysis and organizational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and solve complex business problems, drawing on consulting-style frameworks and analyses.

• Support 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 on market opportunities, competitors, and potential growth areas tied to private equity and financial sponsor activity.

• Create 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 including presentations, page builds, and leadership write-ups.

• Drive 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 of strategic initiatives: track workstreams, manage follow-ups, and ensure delivery of key milestones.

• Analyze industry and firm performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations.

• Partner with leadership to advance transformation and operational improvement efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 𝟮–𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 within private equity or financial services.

• Strong track record of 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.

• Demonstrated excellence in 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲-𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

• Experience in 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁; ability to track initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, the 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲.

• Consistently strong performance reviews and ability to excel in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
