What You'll Learn and Do
In this entry-level role, you'll gain real-world experience supporting the daily operations of our inventory and logistics department. You'll help keep data accurate, shipments flowing, and inventory organized across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter inventory and order data into systems
- Audit inventory transfers and open purchase orders
- Monitor e-commerce channels (Amazon, TikTok, etc.) for order fulfillment
- Assist with item setup and virtual kit creation in systems
- Prepare weekly reports on inventory status and distribution
- Support shipping cost audits and manage sample request processing
- Provide backup support for internal order releases
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone highly organized with great attention to detail—essential qualities for success in this role.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A college degree (any major welcome)
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Bonus points if you have experience with systems like Shipwire, Accuterm, or e-commerce platforms—but it's not required.
