Role Description
We’re looking for a Community & Events Partner, someone who loves people, music, and culture, and wants to help us grow the next big fan experience brand in Boston.
You’ll co-host events, build relationships with local venues and fan communities, and help shape the energy of each night.
Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, building relationships with community members, managing event staff, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. The role also involves developing strategies for community growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, creative, and genuinely love connecting with people
- Excellent Communication skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of a crowd and being on camera
- Organized, reliable, and excited to grow with a startup-style project
- Ideally based in Boston and can attend in-person events (1-2 per month)
- Passionate about music and fan culture
- Familiarity with fan culture and current music trends
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
