Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in finance or asset management preferred; experience in real estate or single-family rental is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles, financial markets, and property management concepts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
Job Description
- Assist in the analysis of asset performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rental income, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Collaborate with Property Management partners to ensure adherence to operational standards and implement strategies to maximize asset performance
- Work cross-functionally with various Avenue One stakeholders to ensure the seamless acquisition and management of single-family rental properties
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and variance analysis to assess asset and portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects to support decision-making and strategic initiatives within the Asset Management team
- Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory developments impacting the single-family rental investment landscape
Salary Range
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 – $90,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
