This newly created role is essentially an FP&A Manager role for the "tech savvy" Finance professional. This role is Finance and Data combined; Power BI/ Ops/ Finance/ Leadership. Acting in an individual contributor capacity, this role will support and work with business unit leaders across the organization, including the CEO.
Reporting to the VP, this role will serve as a key business partner to the commercial, sales, and operations teams by translating data into actionable insights related to project execution, profitability, and resource management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a public accounting/consulting role plus 2 years of FP&A experience in a project-based services environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in SQL and business intelligence/data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
- Proficient with Salesforce.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
