We are on a mission to make everything you see shoppable, starting with what you watch. Silvr lets you shop outfits and accessories that you see on TV without the friction of a second screen. Powered by our proprietary fashion recognition and recommendation model, Silvr's white labeled technology allows consumers to purchase products while they're viewing and most inspired to transact.
We believe that Silvr will set the bar for how we experience and engage with content, and we'd love for you to join us on our journey!
Are you tired of making copies? We are too. Join Silvr.
We're not looking for an intern to fetch coffee. We're looking for a
Growth and Marketing Architect—a self-starting, creative, and highly outgoing individual who lives and breathes digital culture and loves building something from nothing.
Our company is building the next generation of visual search for fashion. We are solving the universal consumer pain point: instantly finding and locating the exact outfit, item, or accessory seen in TV shows, movies, and social media videos. This is a massive, untapped market, and we need someone who can dive into communities obsessed with fashion across all platforms and scream about it.
If you thrive on autonomy, if you see a digital challenge and immediately think of five unconventional ways to solve it, and if you want to be the voice and write the playbook for the best app that hasn't launched yet, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing: The High-Impact Hustle
This is an action-oriented role focused on connecting directly with our future users through high-impact, low-cost (guerrilla) tactics:
- Demand Generation & The Hunt: Become our dedicated brand ambassador on platforms like Reddit and TikTok. You will actively seek out individuals struggling with the problem we solve—people asking, "Where is this outfit from?" or "Help me find this coat from that movie." You will engage genuinely, introduce our solution, and create immediate brand advocates. Have an idea for a collaboration? Pitch it. Want to jump on a trend? Go for it. Figure out what works and double down.
- Culture Curation: Define our brand's conversational voice. You will be pitching and executing marketing initiatives across online communities (Discord, niche forums, Reddit, etc.) and real-world spaces (college campuses).
- Consumer Intelligence: Conduct primary consumer research through interviews and structured surveys. You will gather critical insights on what features users want, what frustrates them, and how we need to talk about our product. You will present your critical insights directly to the founding team (CEO and CTO).
- Creative Asset Support: Work closely with our core team to brainstorm and execute artistic and creative content.
- Launch, Iterate, & Pivot: Every week, you will launch new, outside-the-box marketing ideas and immediately analyze the data. You are expected to be a proactive problem-solver who can spot failed tactics and make real-time adjustments to drive results.
Success Looks Like: The 90-Day Mission
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive
engaged, high-quality user growth based on the following metrics:
- Active User Acquisition: Driving a significant volume of app downloads where users are highly engaged and make at least one purchase. Generating high-quality users who see immediate value is the ultimate goal.
- Platform Engagement & Traffic: Measurable growth in key platform metrics (e.g., TikTok followers/comments, Reddit upvotes/engagement) that correlate directly to website traffic (monitored via Google Analytics) and app downloads.
- Iterative Results: Demonstrating the ability to execute, analyze failures, and rapidly pivot your strategy to improve performance week over week.
Who You Are: Your DNA
- Extroverted and Outgoing: You love talking to people, both online and off. You are comfortable approaching strangers (virtually or physically) and engaging them in meaningful conversations about our product and the problem we solve.
- A True Self-Starter: You require minimal oversight. When given a goal, you figure out the path and execute it, learning quickly and adapting along the way.
- Detail-Oriented: This is critical for consumer research. You can conduct interviews, synthesize complex qualitative data, and organize findings meticulously.
- Exceptional Communicator: You possess fantastic written and oral communication skills. Your messages are clear, engaging, persuasive, and always professional, regardless of the platform.
- Passionate About Style & Culture: You aren't just selling an app; you genuinely care about fashion, media, and the culture of visual style. You know where people go to talk about outfits and are excited by the intersection of tech and style.
- Creative & Artistic: You have a natural eye for visual content and intuitively understand the specific culture of every platform you use. You know what kind of content will grab attention in a crowded feed.
- Familiarity with Growth Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace/Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva. Experience with Google Analytics, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a strong plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree and generally in the Junior or Senior year (or a recent graduate), demonstrating a foundation of relevant academic or real-world experience. Exceptional candidates from all academic years will be considered if they demonstrate outstanding fit and relevant experience.
Logistics & Next Steps
- Commitment: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week for a 3-month period, with strong opportunity for extension or conversion to a full-time role.
- Reporting: You will report directly to the CEO, giving you high-level visibility and impact.
- Location: 100% Fully Remote (United States). Work from anywhere in the US.
- Compensation: This is a paid role with an hourly rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
