We are seeking a motivated and well-connected ISO Relations Representative to build, manage, and grow relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) in the MCA space. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands the value of social media for relationship building and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new ISOs and brokers for MCA funding opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with ISOs, guiding them through submission and funding processes.
Actively promote the company and engage with industry professionals on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events (as needed).
Track and report ISO performance metrics and deal flow.
Requirements:
Experience in the MCA or alternative lending industry is highly preferred.
Existing ISO or broker network is a strong plus.
Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based structure.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Social media savvy — particularly LinkedIn and industry-related forums/groups.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
