Our client is seeking a Fashion Production Associate to support the end-to-end development and production process, from initial samples to final delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global vendors to ensure high-quality products and on-time execution.
Fashion Production Associate’s Responsibilities and Duties:
- Issue and track purchase orders for samples and bulk production, maintaining accurate timelines and delivery updates.
- Communicate daily with domestic and international factories and vendors to ensure smooth production flow and timely shipments.
- Conduct quality checks on samples and bulk orders to maintain brand standards.
- Manage and track pre-production, TOP (Top of Production), and fit samples for review meetings.
- Prepare and organize SMS, 1st Fit, and PPS samples for fittings and internal approvals.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, and Sales to ensure product accuracy and alignment with creative intent.
- Assist with product development by organizing tech packs, BOMs, line sheets, and vendor allocations.
Fashion Production Associate’s Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Production, or related field, or at least 1 year of experience in product development or production.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
