As a R&D Engineeryou will:
- Lead and support medical device development projects through comprehensive project management and technical expertise.
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- You will play a key role in the design and development of medical devices, ensuring products meet defined specifications and comply with applicable regulatory standards.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams will be essential to drive innovation while maintaining compliance throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to track and ensure the success of medical device development projects. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines.
- Design & Development Support: Contribute to the design and development of medical devices, ensuring they meet product specifications and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.)
- Relevant experience in medical device development, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage and track project timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in the design and development of medical devices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product testing and validation processes.
- Ability to prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and product lifecycle management
Requirements: Background check

Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering.(Required)
Minimum 2-5 years experience in an engineering discipline or advanced education to achieve the level of skill. (Required)
Pay Rate: $42.03
