This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in Brisbane, CA.

About the Job:
At Odoo, we're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. In this role, you’ll translate conceptual ideas into high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to maintain a cohesive visual presence across all platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead original design concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and branded content.
- Create and manage design deliverables across web, print, out-of-home, and social media channels.
- Review design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and strategy.
- Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and production processes.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicating design rationale and strategic alignment.
- Provide in-house design support and contribute to creative problem-solving.
- Partner cross-functionally to support the creative direction of larger project plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across print, web, social, email, animation, and video. Portfolio submission required with application.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
- Skills in video creation, editing, or motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
