Job Description
Retains and nurtures existing B2B logistics customers through digital-first engagement. Operating within a pooled team model, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts through email, chat, and online platforms (e.g. Salesforce)—responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity, and increased customer satisfaction.
Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and ensuring clients realize the full value of our logistics solutions. You’ll monitor account health, flag retention risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless digital experiences. This role also involves analyzing customer behavior, recommending product improvements, and supporting renewal and upsell efforts.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in digital engagement or customer success. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and using data to inform decisions.

Performs mostly routine assignments and resolves common issues by using precedents or seeking guidance. Assesses straightforward problems and proposes solutions based on analysis of factual information, experience, judgment, and precedents. Typically requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $29.85/hr to $55.25/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
