O’Rourke Sales Company is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B distribution environment. This role combines graphic design expertise with marketing support, helping to create compelling visual content that enhances brand presence and supports sales efforts.

Responsibilities
- Creation and upkeep of all print marketing including but not limited to catalogs, price sheets, spec sheets, specials flyers and more.
- Maintenance of our PIM (Product Information Management) database including specs, dimensions, images, and all other aspects of product information
- Assist with content development and performance analysis of the company’s email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with vendors to request and obtain current, relevant product information and marketing assets.
- Manage all company-wide print requests from our sales and management teams
- Help prepare for trade shows and other industry events throughout the year
- Support other departments with the vast variety of project requests submitted to the Marketing Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adobe Graphics Software (Required)
- Experience and knowledge of print and digital marketing including but not limited to email and social media marketing (Required)
- Ability to work within a team and take pride in work performed
- Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Reliable attendance and work history
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while working on potentially short deadlines.
