The Role
We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer who actually writes code, not just prompts.
You’ll work directly with our CEO and senior team to build and maintain the core Fieldd product stack: Angular (front-end), NodeJS (back-end), and the underlying infrastructure that keeps hundreds of thousands of users connected every day.
This isn’t a theory role, and it’s not for vibe coders. We want engineers who cut their teeth on real code before AI came along, people who understand architecture, efficiency, and clean, maintainable code.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production-level features in Angular, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Write clean, documented, and scalable code for Fieldd’s apps and CRM.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO, designers, and product team in-house at our Austin HQ.
- Optimize system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Review and refactor legacy code to improve speed and maintainability.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of new products and APIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years professional experience writing Angular, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS (TypeScript experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of APIs, database design, and front-end performance.
- Proven ability to ship production code, not prototypes or AI-generated snippets.
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation habits.
- Ability to work independently and in tight feedback loops with leadership.
- Bonus: experience with Ionic, AngularJS, AWS.

Pay: $68,663.26 - $122,691.23 per year
