The iCAF Financial Analyst I position is responsible for creating financial reports used by MMASW clients to make financial decisions regarding their group health plans. This person will work closely with the iCAF team to learn how iCAF reports can be used by our consultants to advise their clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Compile data by client for analysis
- Create monthly reporting for 30-40 clients
- Formulate claims projections for renewal plan year
- Generate utilization reports and analyze for outlier data
- Create high level summary for decision makers
- Communicate with internal teams regarding client reports and analysis
- Compile renewal information from external sources, analyze the data, and incorporate the results into the iCAF reports
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced or Expert Level in MS Excel
- Proficiency in Math
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Problem Solving
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Reporting Research Results
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks
Experience:

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
