Project Summary:
This role is responsible for executing configuration tasks using DMA platform tools, ensuring deployment readiness and alignment with client-specific onboarding journeys.
Qualification
- Graduate in Business, IT, or related field
- 4–6 years in merchant onboarding or card lifecycle management
- SDLC life cycle
- Have good understanding of payment onboarding platform
Technical/Soft Skills:
- Hands-on experience in card/merchant domain and lifecycle management.
- Strong Communication
- Proficiency in configuration tools (DMA Portal, Excel Templates).
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and support hypercare.
Preferred work experience & Qualification
- Experience in multi-bank rollouts (good to have)
- Comfortable with Jira, Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Configure DMA platform using reusable templates and parameter guides.
- Apply branding, pricing, and tenant setup based on bank requirements.
- Validate configuration against implementation playbooks and client expectations.
- Support UAT and go-live activities, including cutover and rollback planning.
- Work with other teams to gather required setup information.
- Collaborate with offshore configuration engineers for scalable delivery.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Strong communication and coordination skills
3. Experience in BFSI implementations
4. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence (good to have)
5. No coding or technical development required
