As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking campaigns. You’ll assist with content creation, social media management, event coordination, and campaign reporting. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, creativity, and a keen interest in modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, events, and print).
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence — scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
- Help create marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
About You
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role (internship experience welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
