What You’ll Do
Spot the Trends
- Research social media trends and audience behavior
- Find smart, fun ways to connect them to commercial furniture and interior design
- Know when to turn a meme into marketing magic
Lead the Social Fun - Create and manage a content calendar:
- Several social posts per week (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Digital campaign activations
- Rally employees to join in on content creation with group photos, team reels, behind-the-scenes fun
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and DMs
- Interact with partner and industry posts to boost visibility
Keep Our Website Fresh
- Add customer testimonials that show why people love working with us
- Update project profiles so our best work stays front and center
- Apply SEO best practices to help people find our content
Activate Campaigns
- Support marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Add your creative twist to keep things engaging and on-brand
Measure & Improve
- Monitor performance against KPIs (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions)
- Deliver monthly reports with insights and ideas for smarter, stronger content
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who’s more than just a casual content creator. This role is for an emerging marketing professional who has invested in learning the craft of digital marketing and is excited to apply it in a B2B setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (internships count!)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they apply in a B2B environment
- Skilled in writing, editing, and visual storytelling for digital platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
- Comfortable using social media management and analytics tools
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Outgoing and confident rallying groups of people into creative content opportunities
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Bonus points if you have experience in B2B marketing and/or the Design/Construction/Contract Furniture industry.
