Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, designing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. This role also entails building strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborating with HR, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing full recruitment cycle and designing recruitment strategies
- Skills in sourcing, attracting candidates, and conducting interviews
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and collaborate within HR team
- Experience in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
