What You Will Do:
- Expert Consultation: Conduct thorough, in-person needs assessments with potential clients to deeply understand their communication and technology challenges.
- Solution Design: Design and present tailored bundles of AT&T services that specifically address the client's pain points, focusing on long-term value and retention.
- Field Engagement: Execute personalized, scheduled consultations and engagements within the assigned Irving area.
- Achieve Excellence: Drive sales revenue by providing exceptional consultative service, resulting in high close rates and satisfied customers.
- Mentorship: Participate in training focused on product knowledge and sales leadership, preparing you for management.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or a client-facing advisory/consulting role.
