Quality Engineer direct hire opportunity in Omaha, NE to lead quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and support vendor assurance. This is a hands on/customer facing opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead quality initiatives and LEAN process improvements
- Validate and verify product and process quality
- Collaborate across teams and vendors to ensure excellence
- Maintain certifications and support audits
What is Needed:
- 3–5 years as a Quality Engineer
- Experience with Automotive APQP, LEAN, and quality tools
- Strong leadership and training capabilities
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Metal fab/weld/laser/soldering/assembly experience
