ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:•
Be the First Point of Contact: You'll engage with potential clients who are considering estate planning and elder law services, helping them navigate emotional and complex decisions with empathy and expertise.

Build Relationships: Rather than focusing on "selling," you'll build trust, educate, and empower clients to take the next step in protecting their future.

Guide Clients: Assist clients through our seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel cared for and supported.

Follow-Up: Maintain communication with prospective clients who haven't yet committed, providing them with all the information and support they need to make confident decisions.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Track Your Success: Use CRM tools to monitor leads, conversions, and referrals, staying organized and focused on your goals.
Qualifications• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Ability to build trust and communicate value with empathy.
• Strong communication skills-whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Comfortable working with people from all walks of life.
• Financial services or insurance experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Resilient, coachable, and dependable, even under pressure.
• Legal experience is not required.
