Job Description:
The Project Coordinator serves customers by receiving and processing orders, coordinating with both production and sales team on order fulfillment, along with providing order, product, and service updates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of daily customer orders - including the communication and entry of orders into Dynamics
- Creates Project True Ups and revisions using Excel, this includes but is not limited to research and data entry and reporting in both internal and customer databases. Maintains up to date price references.
- Enters True Up data into customer-based platform to reconcile shipments and purchase orders.
- Works as a liaison between customer and the internal NWS teams responsible for order fulfilment. Corresponds with Warehouse Management on product availability, order completion and shipping schedules.
- Maintains organized history of site orders by keeping up to date files.
- Produce daily reports informing team of orders, deliveries, and True Up entries.
- Provides daily pick up and deliveries needs to Logistic team.
- Coordinates with logistics provider to ensure prompt and proper delivery of shipments, which includes resolving any issues once the driver reaches or has issues reaching a site.
- Daily contact with customers answering any questions dealing with orders and parts.
- Work closely with other internal warehouses, equipment managers and senior management on all aspects of daily production.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hours of Work:
This is considered a full-time, non-exempt position and will report to the warehouse in Greensboro.
