Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for digital strategy and content creation? We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, growth, and engagement for Novotel Malta Sliema, including accommodation, events, meetings, and food & beverage outlets such as Tria Restaurant and Isola Bar.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, and has a strong understanding of hospitality and digital communications.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing leadership team, you will plan and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital channels to strengthen our brand presence and deliver measurable results.
You will take ownership of managing social media, SEO content, online campaigns, and digital distribution, while supporting creative initiatives and promotional events that showcase our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Plan, create, schedule, and analyse engaging posts across platforms; manage influencer collaborations.
- SEO & Digital Distribution: Develop SEO-optimized content and maintain visibility across hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights to measure performance and provide actionable reports.
- Campaign Management: Support promotional rollouts, photoshoots, and digital campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand strategy and drive conversions.
- Innovation: Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and SEO best practices to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms and business tools (Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with experience in developing keyword-rich, SEO-friendly content.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva; Adobe Suite is an advantage).
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an asset).
- A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
