Program Specialist (Acquisition Management) We are seeking a Program Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in federal acquisition program management to support the full lifecycle of programs—from development and production to deployment and sustainment—under the guidance of senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure programs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives
- Manage resources and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and identify program solutions
- Support PMO leadership in implementing initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Participate in meetings to understand project requirements and customer objectives
- Assist in aligning programs with mission, budget, and delivery timelines
Key Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in acquisition or program management
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent presentation design and briefing capabilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Familiarity with program lifecycle processes and performance metrics

Education Requirements:
