Overview:
The Strategy Manager will play a central role in Liberty’s transformation journey. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth & Operations, this individual will help shape our strategy, bring it to life through execution, and ensure the organization is aligned and equipped to deliver.
This role is ideal for a former management consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change leadership. The Strategy Manager will:
· Translate high-level vision into clear tactical implementation plans.
· Drive change management to ensure new ways of working take root.
· Manage critical cross-functional initiatives with discipline and rigor.
· Deliver insights and recommendations that accelerate growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation
· Partner with leadership to define and prioritize Liberty’s most important strategic initiatives.
· Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, success metrics, and accountability.
· Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes, tools, and capabilities.
· Build alignment across departments, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
Project & Program Leadership
· Serve as project manager for Liberty’s most critical cross-functional initiatives.
· Maintain dashboards, project plans, and status updates to provide visibility and accountability.
· Anticipate challenges, proactively resolve risks, and keep initiatives on track.
Market & Growth Strategy
· Conduct market analysis to identify attractive opportunities and define market entry strategies and capability-building plans to enable growth.
· Support leadership with board- and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate Liberty’s strategy and performance.
· Help tell the story of Liberty’s vision to employees, aligning the organization and inspiring action.
Operational Excellence & Technology Enablement
· Partner with business leaders to design and implement processes and structures that improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
· Play a key role in Liberty’s digital transformation, including major system replacement and automation initiatives.
· Establish performance metrics and reporting to track progress, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
· 3–5 years of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy.
· Exceptional analytical skills; able to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
· Strong track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving complex initiatives to completion
· Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior executives and boards.
· Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation, ERP systems, and process automation is highly desirable.
· Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a bias toward action.
Working Conditions:
General construction office working conditions with exposure and time on the physical job site and/or in the construction trailer. Some exposure to noise, heat and/or cold, and various weather conditions. Job site walking.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
