Role Overview
As a Client Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the first trusted point of contact for new clients. You’ll lead discovery calls, diagnose business challenges, and shape tailored AI solutions that deliver real value. Equal parts consultant and salesperson, you’ll balance pipeline accountability with advisory depth—translating client pain points into clear strategies and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Consultation
- Lead structured discovery calls with owners, COOs, and functional leaders.
- Identify operational challenges and prioritize AI/automation use cases.
- Quantify business cases (time saved, error reduction, revenue impact).
Solutioning & Advisory
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope right-sized solutions (Bootcamps, Strategy Sprints, Managed Services).
- Act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients through AI integration and demystifying technical concepts.
- Present clear proposals and ROI-driven recommendations to executive decision-makers.
Pipeline & Sales Execution
- Manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and advance only ICP-fit prospects.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene: next steps, notes, stage, value, and forecasts.
- Negotiate pricing and secure signed agreements with smooth handoffs to delivery.
Enablement & Relationship Building
- Support AI Bootcamps by guiding participants and answering real-world application questions.
- Build long-term client trust by ensuring early wins and setting the stage for renewals and expansions.
- Provide feedback to refine Kiingo’s ICP, messaging, and offerings.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Discovery Calls: 10–20 qualified calls per week
- Pipeline Growth: $500k–$700k in qualified TCV added per quarter
- Conversion: 25–30% win rate on qualified opportunities
- CRM Discipline: 100% next-step coverage; no stale opps >14 days
- Client Impact: Documented ROI stories and satisfied handoffs to delivery
Who You Are
- 2–5 years in a client-facing role such as consulting, advisory, or solution-oriented sales.
- Skilled at leading conversations that uncover challenges, diagnose needs, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder—able to earn trust quickly with owners, executives, and operators.
- Comfortable explaining AI’s business value to non-technical leaders in clear, practical terms.
- Analytical thinker who can quantify ROI but also frame solutions in a way that resonates with human impact and business transformation.
- Intellectually curious, adaptable, and motivated by both client success and business growth.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling professional services, enablement programs, or managed services.
- Exposure to ops-heavy industries (e-com, manufacturing, services).
- Familiarity with AI/automation concepts (GPT, workflow bots, agents).
