Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to market and sell our premium ice products to
businesses in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. This is a commission-based role
with flexible hours—ideal for someone who thrives on independence, relationship building,
and the excitement of growing with a new venture.
Identify and develop sales opportunities with restaurants, bars, caterers, and retail outlets;
- Build strong relationships with managers, owners, and executives across industries.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate the value of Chisel & Chill’s premium ice.
- Maintain organized sales tracking using spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools
- Represent the company professionally and articulate our brand’s luxury and quality positioning
- Report progress and provide feedback to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Sales strategy development and execution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Experience in the industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation.
- Reimbursement for mileage and company paid expense account.
