About the Role
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through discovery of their needs, providing your clear recommendations, and assist with presentations that support informed decisions—all while upholding brand standards and developing professional client-service skills.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers professionally to understand priorities and document needs.
- Provide clear product/service guidance and assist with presentations or demos that support informed decisions.
- Prepare and maintain presentation materials; communicate features, benefits, and current offers accurately.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and basic industry developments.
- Address questions and concerns; escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Support the purchasing workflow: accurately process transactions, update customer records in the POS/CRM, and follow standard procedures.
- Conduct timely, professional follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, coordinate campaign/event activities, and work toward defined service and performance goals.
