Hamilton Motor Company – Customer Support Engineer (Raleigh, NC - On Site)

Responsibilities
-Gather CANBUS data from vehicles and share with our manufacturing engineers to resolve CANBUS issues with vehicles for new product development. (Ex. We gather CANBUS data from button presses to ensure that we can provide function for factory buttons within our units).
-Coordinate with our manufacturing partner and customer service teams to analyze new, complex issues.
-Write technical solutions for company use for resolving customer inquiries.
-Study products and coordinate with manufacturing partners to develop new features (e.g. climate control pop up).
Qualifications
-Strong hardware technical skills (engineering background or relevant school experience).
-Understanding of CANBUS systems
-Experience with Android and Linux based systems (or ability to learn)
-Strong problem solving skills
-Desire to succeed in a growing business.
Position Details & Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
Salary: $150,000 USD annually, with opportunities for performance-based growth and bonuses.
