Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAccountable for development of end to end analytics capabilities from value creation to realization. This includes overseeing standardization of data and developing standardized reporting SSRM functions to promote less variability and efficient operations. Oversees the development of robust financial insights for Supply Chain function from National to facility level. These must be action oriented and lead the recipient to proper courses of action. Collaborates with other members of SSRM Senior Leadership Team (System VP Sourcing, System VP Implementation and Operations, System VP of Contracting and Vendor Management, and SVP SRM) to develop strategies for GPO contract channeling for maximum value creation for CommonSpirit Health. Advances standards for the evaluation of market financial performance to arrive at actionable insights to strengthen market financial performance. These insights are in conjunction with the Division CFOs for assistance in determining variances between divisions and individual hospitals to identify areas of opportunities. Manage GPO growth and compliance to regulatory requirements including monitoring and auditing processes for cost allocations into DHPN. Leads Affiliate GPO sales and marketing efforts in the healthcare market place. Integrates the HRS GPO into DHPN (Edgewise) including the leadership of the sales force and determination of product offerings that advance the platforms of HRS and DHPN.
Job RequirementsEducation & Experience:- Masters other or post graduate degree
- Ten (10) years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance (or a combination of these areas) within a healthcare facility or system, or GPO, and/or other relevant experience.
- Seven (7) years of management and leadership experience.
- Experience developing analytics and financial reports in a standardized manner that are action oriented and notate where variances occur for developing actions to improve (reduce) spend.
