WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
As a part of the CREW program, you will have the opportunity to meet peers, mentors, and future colleagues through a 1.5 day in-person summit at a Bain office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Through the CREW program, you will hear from women leaders at Bain, participate in workshops, panels, and breakouts designed to help you build your skills and connect with other future leaders.
Come learn from some of the most powerful women leaders in consulting as they share how they've thrived at Bain. Through this program, you will get a feel for working as a consultant and build your business toolkit.
ABOUT YOU:
The CREW program is for sophomore (second) year students who will be completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the US or Canada by winter 2027 or spring 2028. Women are especially encouraged to apply.
Applications open in mid-October. When applying, you'll be asked to select up to three office preferences, as well as submit your:
- Resume
- Cover letter (optional)
- Educational Information
- Unofficial Transcript
- Test scores (if applicable)
After the application deadline, you'll be asked to submit responses to video prompts via HireVue, a video recording tool.
