Job Overview
What makes you Great at This Role:
You naturally bring structure and reliability to creative work. You’re energized by helping others execute their ideas, ensuring the details are right, and getting projects across the finish line. You’re not here to dream up the big ideas — you’re the one who makes sure they actually happen.

Dependable and proactive. You don’t wait to be asked twice — you step in and help make things happen.

Collaborative and easy to work with. You keep a positive attitude and help others get their work done too.
Calm under pressure. When timelines get tight, you stay focused and dependable.
Curious and adaptable. You like learning by doing — whether it’s video, lighting, or new production tools.
Comfortable with variety. Some days you’ll be filming, some days assembling, others organizing — and that mix keeps things interesting.
What We Do
Our marketing team creates videos and photos that help customers understand our products — how they look, how they install, and how they make outdoor spaces better. These assets support our reseller listings on Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and other retailers, helping customers make confident buying decisions.
The work is detail and task-oriented, meaningful, and we all share the goal of creating content that helps our customers succeed.
What You’ll do in a Nutshell:
- Assist with filming and assembling installation and product videos
- Coordinate with the R&D team to estimate assembly steps and production times
- Set up, maintain, and break down studio equipment, lighting, and product displays
- Capture occasional behind-the-scenes or social media clips that showcase our products and process
- Support light video editing and organize content libraries (training provided)
- Jump in where needed to keep marketing projects moving — whether that’s prepping props, packing products, or helping during photoshoots
Product Familiarity
Work closely with R&D to learn how products are assembled and installed.
Your understanding helps plan filming timelines and accurate install videos — like how to slide a frame, where to grip a post, or which steps are easiest for customers.
Example Tasks:
- Connect with Product Development to learn new SKUs
- Build and test sample products
- Identify small details that can improve customer assembly
Studio & Editing
Help execute video and photo shoots that teach customers how to assemble and install our products.
Support filming, setup, teardown, and light editing.
Example Tasks:
- Assist with filming install and lifestyle videos
- Record audio and video (comfortable being on camera a plus)
- Set up and maintain lighting, cameras, and product displays
- Capture short behind-the-scenes or social clip
- Edit or organize footage (training provided)
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role- not a desk job. You’ll spend much of your time building, filming, and problem-solving alongside the marketing team.
