Role Overview
We’re hiring a high-horsepower Junior Business Strategist to partner with the Chief of Staff on analytics and company-wide strategic initiatives. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into crisp analyses and action plans—ranging from retention/LTV to launching new channels, such as healthcare. This is an execution-oriented role for a consultant who wants ownership, speed of execution and large growth opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth best-in-class consumer/health & wellness business.
You’ll be accountable for- Decision-grade analyses delivered on time (clear logic, assumptions, and business impact).
- Clean, reusable models and dashboards that leadership trusts.
- Driving projects from brief → plan → execution → readout with cross-functional partners.
What you’ll doStrategy & Analytics
- Size markets and new channels (healthcare, pharmacy, mass/club).
- Conduct business case analyses on new initiatives.
- Design, run and analyse quantitative surveys.
- Translate CX/NPS, product, and lifecycle data into insights and “next best actions.”
Planning & Execution
- Structure and manage cross-functional workplans; track risks, owners, and milestones.
- Create decision memos and exec materials with options, trade-offs, and clear asks.
- Stand up lightweight dashboards with Data (governed definitions, refresh SLAs).
- Support special projects (new product/business cases, retail pilots).
Operating Cadence
- Help run weekly business reviews and quarterly planning; maintain KPI scorecards.
- Codify learnings into playbooks and templates others can reuse.
Qualifications- 2–3 years at a top-tier consulting firm with meaningful commercial transaction diligence (CDD) experience in addition to strategy consulting.
- Strong modeling and analytical toolkit (Excel/Sheets mastery).
- Structured problem solver with crisp communication (slides and memos).
- Ability to turn analysis into action plans and drive cross-functional execution.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer, health & wellness, or subscription businesses.
- 1–2 years operating experience post-consulting (strategy, ops, finance, or growth).
- Exposure to ecommerce metrics, cohort retention analysis, and channel/retail economics.
Team you’ll work with- Chief of Staff (direct manager), Founder/CEO, Finance, Tech & Data, Retention/CRM, and Channel leads (healthcare / retail).

In-Office Expectations
We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with monthly travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company events. Occasional travel may also come up for conferences or panels.
Location
We’re open to candidates across the U.S., though we have a soft spot for those in or near Miami (or who can travel here easily).
Compensation
We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential.
Total compensation includes:
- Base Salary: $88,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)
- Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals
Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live.
