Job Description / Deliverables:
- Contract-Based Assignment
- Develop Custom Sales Proposals tailored to client needs in collaboration with the Director of Sales
- Deliver Sales Presentations to decision-makers at real estate corporations, property management companies, HOAs, and condo associations
- Submit Closed Deals to the Director of Sales for final approval and sign-off
- Flexible Schedule – Set your own hours
- Remote Work – Work from anywhere, including the comfort of your home
- Weekly Progress Reports to track performance and goals
- Compensation: %100 Commission
We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate has experience working in or negotiating with at least one of the following industries. An established network within any of these sectors is highly desirable:
- Large real estate corporations
- Property management companies
- Parking management companies
- Homeowners associations (HOAs) or condo associations
- Building general managers
