Specialist Network Engineer
Location: Winston-Salem, NC (3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time
Join our team to design, implement, and maintain both traditional and cloud-based networks (AWS primary, Azure secondary). You’ll lead cloud migration, automation projects (Terraform, Python), and provide Tier-3 support in a 24/7 rotation.
Key Skills:
Cisco CCNA (CCNP a plus)
Network design, troubleshooting, and security (firewalls, VPNs, RSA)
AWS & Azure networking (VPC, TGW, ALB, NSG)
Automation with Terraform, Python/VB
SolarWinds monitoring, Git, Jira
VMware/VMware NSX virtualization
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years experience in network engineering, strong OSI model & protocol knowledge, documentation skills, and ability to lift/install network equipment.
