We are seeking an Engineering Test Technician to support the final testing and verification of high-precision measurement systems. This company is known for its innovative technology solutions that enhance measurement accuracy across various industries.
Shift of the Engineering Test Technician: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Pay Rate/Salary of the Engineering Test Technician: $35-$40/hr.
Responsibilities of the Engineering Test Technician:
- Perform final functional and system-level testing of assembled units.
- Interpret test procedures and schematics to ensure proper system operation.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical and electromechanical issues.
- Use electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Document test results and any discrepancies; assist with corrective actions.
Qualifications of the Engineering Test Technician:
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical testing, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Hands-on experience with large or capital equipment, including system-level testing and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
