Overview
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who will serve as a key link between business operations and technology, leveraging Yardi and related systems to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and drive strategic decisions across the organization. This individual will work closely with teams in property management, accounting, and asset operations to ensure data integrity, optimize system performance, and enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Yardi Voyager (or other Yardi modules) to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with property management, accounting, and IT teams to identify business requirements and translate them into Yardi solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across portfolios.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system or workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support for Yardi applications and related tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and Yardi system updates, ensuring best practices are implemented across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of hands-on Yardi experience (Voyager, Rent Café, or other modules strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and report development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to support cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of real estate or property management operations is highly desirable.
